煤柱群支撑失效的模糊集理论研究

摘要:以坚硬顶板下房柱式采矿方法为背景,考虑到煤柱尺寸和分布的非均匀性以及煤柱个体之间强度的差异性等带来的煤柱-顶板支撑系统稳定性状况的随机性和不确定性因素,引入模糊集理论研究了非确定性、非均匀因素对煤柱群体支承能力弱化和顶板-煤柱系统行为的影响。研究表明:个体煤柱承载能力与柱群整体平均承载能力之间的差异越大,它就越容易失效,进而导致周围煤柱发生带有“连锁效应”的逐步失效,最终导致柱群全部被压酥,整体丧失承载力,顶板岩层迅速断裂失稳直至地表塌陷。研究给出表征煤柱个体间支承状况的非均匀性的隶属函数和支承煤柱模糊失效系数的条件隶属函数关系式和隶属函数的选取原则。

Study with Fuzzy Set Theory on the Loss Effectiveness of Pillar Clusters’ Support
Abstract:Based on the pillar-room mining under the strong roof strata, the fuzzy set theory is employed to study the influence of uncertain and inhomogeneous factors, by considering of the stochastic and uncertain facts caused by unequal size, uneven distribution of pillars and the difference in strength of individual pillars, on the reduction in supporting capacity of the pillar clusters and on mechanical behavior and stability of the pillar-roof strata system. The study shows that the greater is the difference between the strength of individual pillar and the average strength of the pillar clusters, the easier the loss in the bearing capacity of the system will be. As a result, the surrounding pillars produce ‘a chain effect’ of losing stability, which gives rise to the failure of the pillar clusters, inducing that the fractures in the roof strata dramatically develop and catastrophic subsidence occurs. The relationship of the conditional belonging function between the belonging function in description of the unevenness of the supporting states among individual pillars and the fuzzy losing coefficient of supporting pillars is proposed, and the principle in selection of the belonging function is suggested.
