RP-HPLC分离10种OPPs农药

摘要:本文采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法,对10种有机磷农药(OPPs)进行了分离和检测,对流动相、流速、紫外吸收波长、柱温等条件进行了优化,对方法的精密度和检测限进行了考查。结果表明除对硫磷和异稻瘟净、甲拌磷和二嗪农的色谱峰有重叠外,其他6种有机磷: 速灭磷、 水胺硫磷、杀扑磷、甲基对硫磷、马拉硫磷和杀螟松都得到了完全分离。该方法具有较好的精密度,最低检测限达0.15ng~0.62ng,批内偏差在2.91%~12.76%,适合于10种有机磷农药的分离测定。

Separation and Determination of ten oranophorus pesticide by reverse –phase high performance liquid chromatography
Abstract:Residues of ten organophosphorous pesticides were analyzed and separated by reverse –phase high performance liquid chromatography in this paper.The analysis conditions were optimized for mobile phase,the flow rate,UV wavelength and the column temperature.The precision and detection limits were tested.In addition,ten oranophorus of phosdrin,isocarbophos,methidathion,parathion-methyl,malathion,fenitrothion had a good separation except parathion and iprobenfos, diazinon and phorate.The limits of detection ranged from 0.15ng to 0.62ng, the experimental data had a good precision,and the day deviation ranged from 2.91% to 12.76%. The research indicated the method can be suitable for separation and determination of ten organophosphorous pesticides.
