退火时间对电解电容器高压铝箔腐蚀发孔的影响

摘要:利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、电化学腐蚀等手段,观察和分析研究了不同退火保温时间对电解电容器高压铝箔立方织构占有率和铝箔表面腐蚀发孔的影响。结果表明,随着退火加热时间的延长立方织构占有率始终保持较高的水平,而铝箔表面发孔率和发孔均匀性不断得到明显改善。分析表明,铝箔表面微量铜原子的分布随加热时间延长而均匀化,导致了发孔特性的改善。这种改善也可以通过熔铸均匀搅拌或增强热轧板坯均匀化退火实现。

Influence of Annealing Time on the Pit Corrosion of High Voltage Aluminum Foils for Electrolytic Capacitors
Abstract:The X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and electrochemical corrosion were applied to observe and analyze the influence of different annealing time on the volume fraction of cube texture and the behaviors of pit corrosion of high voltage aluminum foils for electrolytic capacitors. It was found that the cube texture kept high volume fraction with increasing annealing time, while the rate and homogeneity of pit corrosion were modified obviously. It was indicated that the distribution homogeneity of micro-alloyed copper atoms increased with increasing annealing time, which resulted in the modified pit corrosion. The stirring treatment by casting and the homogenization heat treatment before hot rolling could also achieve the homogeneous distribution of micro-alloyed copper atoms.
