基于多代理和知识服务的敏捷知识重用系统研究

摘要:针对如何快速恰当的重用企业现有知识的问题,提出了将企业的知识管理的业务逻辑与知识处理事务分开的思想,建立基于Multi-Agent和知识服务的敏捷化知识重用模型,给出了敏捷知识重用系统的定义。通过对知识管理业务逻辑的规则模型和软件Agent的活动行为模型的深入研究,建立基于Multi-Agent的规则协调模式,实现对知识服务的敏捷调用,从而有效地支持知识的动态重用、知识使用过程的动态重组,增强知识管理系统的分布式处理能力和规模可扩展能力。最后,通过一个实例,进一步说明了所给出模型的应用。

Knowledge-Reuse Systems Based on Multi-Agent and Knowledge Service
Abstract:Aiming at how to quickly and properly reuse the existing knowledge of the enterprise, a new idea is advanced that separates the business logic of knowledge management from the transactions of knowledge process. Furthermore, an agile knowledge reuse model based on Multi-Agent and knowledge service has been constructed and the definition of agile knowledge reuse system is given. To realize the agile transference of knowledge service, a rule-coordinated mode based on Multi-Agent has been built by deeply researching the rule model of business logic and the activity-action model of the software agent. In this way, not only the dynamical reuse and the dynamical regrouping of the knowledge reusing can be supported effectively, and the process-distributed capability and extensible function of knowledge management system can be increased, thus, it is easy for the knowledge resources to be shared and employed fully. Finally, a case analysis is given to illustrate the application of this model.
