摘要:Ad Hoc网络的特点是无中心、自组织、无线移动多跳,因此能量和频谱资源有限。MAC层功率控制机制是实现降低节点能耗,增加空间复用度,提高网络吞吐量的重要手段。按三种不同信道接入协议工作方式对已有的MAC层功率控制研究工作进行了分析、讨论和总结,并指出了Ad Hoc网络MAC层功率控制新的研究方向。

The Research on Power Control of MAC Layer in Wireless Ad Hoc Networks
Abstract:The nature of Ad Hoc networks is distributed, self-configured, wireless, mobile and multi-hop. So power and spectrum resource is limited. Power control schemes of MAC layer play an important role on reducing power consumption and increasing spatial reuse to improve throughput of the networks. Based on three kinds of channel access protocol, the power control schemes of MAC layer that have been proposed in the literature are described and discussed, and future direction of this issue is proposed.
