压力传感系统精度损失诊断研究

摘要:基于全系统动态精度理论和误差分解与溯源理论,提出了动态测试系统精度损失诊断理论,用神经网络的方法对压力传感系统的精度损失进行诊断研究,诊断出压力传感系统各主要结构单元的精度损失情况,并建立其精度损失函数模型。结果表明,运用该理论可以对特定的动态测量系统进行精度损失诊断,通过掌握系统的精度损失规律,找到系统中精度损失的主要单元,可以采取有效措施来恢复和提高系统的测量精度。

Research on Accuracy Losing Diagnosis about pressure sensor system
Abstract:Based on the Whole-system Dynamic Accuracy Theory and the Dynamic Error Decomposition and Tracing Theory, develop a new theory of Dynamic Measuring-system Accuracy Losing Diagnosis Theory, using the methods of NN study the system’s Accuracy Losing for The pressure sensor system, diagnosis the precision losing of its inside main units and build up the precision losing model. Validating using these theory we can diagnosis the accuracy losing of the special measuring system. Though mastery the disciplinarian of the accuracy losing of the system, finding the max influencing cell of the system that can resume and improve system’s precision though taking efficient measures.
