基于NI USB-6251数据采集卡的故障诊断系统

摘要:实时数据采集是对大型设备在线监测和故障诊断的基础.如何将实时采集的海量数据存储到数据库一直是一个热点。虽然NI公司提供了相关的附加工其包Lab VIEW SQL Toolkit,但价格昂贵,一般用户难于接受,且有许多局限性,一般针对较少数据量的操作。鉴于此,本文采用了一种全新的方法,利用NI的 USB-6251数据采集卡采集大型复杂设备关键部位的实时数据,并将这些海量数据存储到SQL Server数据库中,然后利用数据挖掘技术处理这些数据,以此对复杂设备进行故障诊断。

A Fault Diagnosis System Based on NI USB-6251 DAQ
Abstract:Real-Time Data Acquisition is the basis of large equipment monitoring and fault diagnosis. It has always been a hot spot to how to store the mass of real-time data into database. Although NI companies provide the relevant Lab VIEW SQL Toolkit packages, they are very expensive and difficult to be accepted by the general user, at the same time there are many limitations, such as generally dealing with less data. In view of these, this paper adopted a new method, using NI USB-6251 DAQ to acquire the real - time data of the key components of large complicated equipment, and store these massive data into SQL Server database, then using data mining techniques to process these data, using this method to carry on fault diagnosis for complex equipment.
