盘形高速磨削砂轮系统平衡精度研究

摘要:盘形高速砂轮系统的不平衡离心力对加工系统的安全性和加工质量影响很大,它不仅使机床主轴及支撑单元受到方向不断变化的径向力的作用而加速失效,还会引起机床振动,降低加工精度和砂轮的耐用度,甚至可能造成安全事故。本文对高速转子平衡精度和等级及其对磨削性能的影响进行了理论分析,并深入讨论了超高速砂轮系统的不平衡因素,研究超高速砂轮系统平衡精度的评价与选择方法,分析讨论了盘形高速和超高速磨削砂轮动平衡技术原理和意义。

Study on Balance Precision of High Speed Grinding Wheel System
Abstract:There is a heavy effect of the centrifugal unbalance force in the grinding wheel on high speed grinding system. The alternating radial force can not only push the spindle and bearings failure, but also generate the grinder vibration, decrease the machining precision and the wheel life, make against the safety. In this paper, the balance precision grade of high speed grinding wheel and its effect on machining performance were analyzed. The unbalance causes of high and super high speed grinding wheel were discussed. The evaluation and selection for the balance precision grade of high and super high speed grinding wheel were studied. Furthermore, it was analyzed for balancing technology and its principle of high and super high grinding wheel.
