Abstract:At present, the image orthogonal transformation widely is utilized in the image characteristic withdraws, the image enhancement, the image recovers, domain and so on image compression and pattern recognition. Fourier transforms is one kind of common orthogonal transformation, it not only obtains the widespread application in the unidimensional signal processing, moreover also is playing in digital image processing the pivotal role. Because the digital image technological development is very quick, therefore, the digital image orthogonal transformation research also will obtain the very quick development.
