利用刀口法精确测量光探测器的绝对量子效率

摘要:提出了一种测量光探测器绝对量子效率的精确测量方法,并搭建了实验平台,利用上述实验平台对光探测器进行了测量。该方法考虑到激光光束的光强分布,利用刀口法测得光斑直径,经过简单的计算可以得到进入光探测器光敏面光功率的精确值。此测量方法,无需复杂的光路处理系统,在光斑面积大于探测器光敏面积的情况下,利用普通测量装置即可获得光探测器的绝对量子效率。

Precise measuring method of photodetector’s absolute quantum efficiency by knife-edge scanning
Abstract:A precise measuring method of photodetector’s absolute quantum efficiency is proposed and this experiment is implemented on a photodetector developed by laboratory. This method measures the laser spot’s diameter by knife-edge scanning considering the light intensity distribution transmitting from laser. With this calculation method, the absolute quantum efficiency can be obtained with common measuring devices and without the need of complex beam process system when the spot area is bigger than that of the photosensitive window.
