动载作用下水平管内两相流动

摘要:为了适应我国航空航天技术的发展,以及在大过载飞行器上使用蒸发制冷循环的需要,本文对动载作用下两相流的流动特性进行了初步研究。选取了具有代表意义的水平圆管作为流动管道,利用商业计算软件CFX,对动载作用下管道内的两相流动进行了数值模拟,以比较分析机载蒸发循环制冷系统中由于加速度过载作用对两相流动的影响。与无过载时相比,过载作用下管内两相流的流型、空泡份额、速度和压力分布以及流阻都发生了显著变化,并且与过载的大小及方向有关。

Numerical Simulation of the Two-Phase Flow in a Horizontal Pipe under High Gravity
Abstract:In order to meet the needs of developing our aerospace technology and applying the vapor cycle cooling system in high performance aircraft, an investigation has been performed in this work focusing on the flow characteristic of the two-phase flow under high gravity condition. Using the CFD software CFX, the two-phase flow in horizontal pipe under high-g condition has been simulated, and the effect of high gravity on two-phase flow have been analyzed. Comparing with the normal conditions, the flow pattern, viod, velocity and pressure drop along the pipe are quite different under high gravity condition, relying on the magnitude and direction of the gravitational acceleration.
