Derivation of New Conversion Factor & New Compton Formula

Abstract:by using classical instead of modern physics approach, we derived the new mass-energy conversion factor and its application fields. We are the first to point out that the mass-energy formula & nuclear reaction should be classified to the classical physics; we also pay attention to the comparison on the differences between this new factor and Lorentz factor . Based on this new factor, we worked out the possibility and conditions of the existence of material with super velocity of light; we also worked out a new Compton formula and a special effect of light scattering--- Scattering Convergence Effect, which should be regarded as a criterion on whether or not the mass will be increased when the particle is in motion, i.e., as a touchstone on whether or not the Relativity is right.
