一种面向工程应用的启发式频率分配算法

摘要:频率分配是GSM移动通信网络规划和优化中的一个关键问题,它要求把有限的信道资源有效地分配给网络中的小区,同时尽可能减小网络中各小区间的干扰。针对该问题,本文提出了一种新的启发式频率分配算法。该算法没有采用传统算法里的间隔矩阵,而是根据爱立信OSS关于邻小区的NCS测量报告中的小区间同、邻频干扰统计数据生成干扰表,将产生同、邻频干扰最小的频点分配给目标小区,达到使整个网络系统的干扰尽可能小的目的。该算法应用在惠州移动公司网络中的结果表明,算法不仅满足了小区信道需求,也明显降低了小区之间的干扰。

An Engineering-Oriented Heuristic Algorithm for Frequency Assignment
Abstract:Frequency assignment is a critical problem in network planning and optimizing of GSM cellular networks. It aims to reduce co-channel and adjacent-channel interference among cells, while allocating the limited frequencies to cells of networks. This paper presents a heuristic algorithm, which doesn’t make use of the interval matrix employed in traditional algorithms. Through the NCS measurement report from Ericsson OSS, the algorithm obtains data of co-channel and adjacent-channel interference among cells and creates interference tables. Then it allocates frequencies to cells on the basis of heuristics and the total interference among cells is reduced. The application of this algorithm in Huizhou Mobile GSM networks demonstrated that the algorithm not only met cells’ frequency requirements but also effectively brought down total interference among cells.
