SAN增韧的改性研究

摘要:本文使用弹性体(EPDM), 无机填料(CaCO3)对SAN进行了增韧改性。考察了改性SAN的力学性能及热性能。实验结果表明:纯EPDM不能有效的增韧SAN;EPDM-g-MAH的增韧效果比纯 EPDM的效果好。

Study on Toughening Modification of SAN
Abstract:In the paper, EPDM, CaCO3 and compatilizer were applied to blend with SAN to modify its toughening. SAN composite was produced by two methods of molding and injection processing. The mechanical and thermal properties of modified SAN were investigated. The results showed that pure EPDM could not toughen SAN effectively, EPDM-g-MAH had better effect on toughening SAN than pure EPDM. Ground calcium carbonate (GCC) is easier to toughen SAN than nanometer calcium carbonate.
