增湿温度对烟叶真空回潮效果的影响

摘要:为了探索增湿温度对烟叶真空回潮效果的影响,设置了62℃,68℃,74℃,80℃,86℃5个不同的增湿温度,对选取的河南部分烟叶产区代表性烟叶进行真空回潮处理,对处理后的烟叶进行感官质量评价,并检测其常规化学成分含量。结果表明:增湿温度为68℃和74℃时,烟叶真空回潮后综合感官质量较好;真空回潮的增湿温度对烟叶总糖和还原糖含量影响较大,而对总氮和总碱含量影响较小。

The Effects of Humidifying Temperature of Vacuum Conditioning on Tobacco Quality
Abstract:To determine the effects of humidifying temperature of vacuum conditioning on tobacco quality, selected tobacco leaves of Henan province was treated with different humidifying temperature of 62℃,68℃,74℃,80℃ and 86℃.Smoking quality of tobacco leaves was evaluated, and the chemical components were measured. The experimentation revealed that the smoking quality of tobacco leaves treated with 68℃ and 74℃ were better than others; comparing with total nitrogen and total nicotine , total sugar and reducing sugar were decreased far much by humidifying temperature.
