靶向振荡磁场发生器的研究

摘要:具有足够能量的引导磁场的产生是纳米超顺磁靶向治疗的关键问题。本文设计了一种适用于磁性药物聚焦和控制药物释放的靶向振荡磁场发生器,可望用于肿瘤靶向治疗。论文在分析永磁铁和单极性靶向振荡磁场原理和特性的基础上,提出了双极性陡脉冲强磁场的概念,并分析指出大电感、小电流的陡脉冲强磁场发生器是合适的选择。设计的双极性电磁场发送电路,实现了负载电感能量的回馈,减少电路损耗,且利用回馈能量提升了电流幅值,增大了磁场强度。该装置输出频率0.125~32Hz,磁感应强度达1.3T。正弦磁场、单极性和双极性脉冲磁场的磁性微粒聚焦效果和振荡效果的对比实验,证明双极性陡脉冲强磁场更适用于靶向治疗中磁性药物聚焦和控释。

Research on Targeting Oscillating Magnetic Field Generator
Abstract:For the key equipment of targeting therapy, a high targeting oscillating magnetic field generator is proposed, which is used to control the focus and release of magnetic drug to reach the goal of treatment cancer. Based on analyzing the principle and characteristic of the conventional permanent-magnet and the unipolar targeting oscillating magnetic field generator,the idea about steep bipolar pulse magnetic field is proposed. It points that strong magnetic field pulse generator with bigger inductance and lower current steep is the suitable choice. By the novel bipolar electromagnetic transmitting circuit topology, the load inductance energy feedback circuit is realized to reduce loss, while feedback energy improves the current amplitude and strengthens magnetic field. Work frequency of the designed equipment is 0.125 ~ 32Hz, and the magnetic induction intensity reaches 1.3T. Comparative experiments proved that bipolar steep pulse magnetic field is more suitable for magnetic drug focus and controlled in targeting therapy than sinusoidal and unipolar.
