改进型RAFT聚合法合成低分子量PAA的研究

摘要:提出了一种类似于RAFT(可逆加成断裂链转移)聚合的制备低分子量PAA(聚丙烯酸)的新方法。该方法以偶氮二异丁腈做引发剂,以异丙醇作为反应体系的溶剂同时作为聚合反应的链转移剂,得到了分子量在2000-20000的低分子量聚丙烯酸。探讨并研究了引发剂的量对分子量变化的影响,以及异丙醇作为体系溶剂对聚合度的影响。

Research in the Synthesis of Low Molecular Weight PAA by a Reformative RAFT Polymerization
Abstract:In this paper,we scheme out a new method of synthesis of low molecular weight PAA(poly(acrylic acid)) which is similarly to RAFT polymerization in mechanism .In this method, we use AIBN as the initiator and isopropanol as the reaction system solvent and CTA(chain transfer agent) synchronously, then, get a Wη=2000-20000 PAA. Finally,we do some researches into the ratio of initiator working on the molecular weight and using isopropanol as reaction solvent working on the polymerization degree.
