番茄果实中抗冷转录因子 LeCBF1 基因片段的克隆与表达分析

摘要:本研究通过在低温胁迫处理后的番茄果实中克隆抗冷关键转录因子 LeCBF1 基因片段,首次证明了该基因在植物果实中可受冷诱导表达。同时通过与植株对比分析了该基因在番茄果实中,受不同冷诱导时间的表达水平,发现该基因在番茄果实中的表达水平较低,且受低温信号诱导的灵敏度也较低,由此说明CBF 抗冷途径可能在植物果实中作用程度及机制与植株中有所差异。

Clone and expression analysis of LeCBF1 in tomato fruit
Abstract:In this study, we cloned a cDNA fragment of LeCBF1 with about 609bp from tomato fruit treated with low temperature (2篊) by RT-PCR, in order to prove the gene can be induced by cold stress in fruits. Then Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was performed to investigate the expression level of LeCBF1 in tomato fruit by a compare with plant. The result indicated that expression of LeCBF1 in fruit was slower and lesser than that in plant. Thus it suggested that CBF pathway might play a different role in fruit and plant.
