蝗虫在滑板表面的滑移效应研究

摘要:灾害蝗虫的机械化捕集治理是实现蝗虫无害化防治和资源化利用的有效方法,要解决蝗虫的机械化捕集效率问题,就必须了解蝗虫与滑板表面的滑移效应。利用自制的滑移试验箱与自组建的视频监控系统,采用比照试验法,测试了蝗虫在不同材料与不同倾斜角度的滑板表面上的滑移效应,分析了影响蝗虫在滑板表面上滑移行为的因素。试验结果表明:以镀锌铁板、PVC板和普通玻璃板作为滑板时,滑移效应均随着倾斜角的增大而提高;倾斜角确定时,镀锌铁板具有最好的滑移效应,PVC板其次,普通玻璃板最差;镀锌铁板更适合作蝗虫机械捕集机构的落蝗滑板,相应的最小倾斜角宜为40°;蝗虫在滑板表面的滑移效应不但受到虫体重力和滑板倾斜角的影响,还因蝗虫脚掌与附着物表面存在的机械锁合与柔性平面接触两种作用而受到滑板表面粗糙度和硬度的影响。

Study of sliding effect of locust on the Surface of slope plate
Abstract:The mechanizing technology of capturing and controlling locust, which the factors of the sliding effect between locust and slope plate should be explored to solve the capturing operation effectiveness, is one of the most useful methods to realize the controlling locust innocuously and the locust resource being used. Utilizing the own slippage experiment box and video monitoring system, and adopting contrast experiment method, the sliding effect of locust on the surface of slippage plate with different materials and slanting angles was tested, and the factors that effect the sliding behaviors of locust on the surface of slope plate was analyzed. The results lead us to suggest that when the materials of slope plate are zinc plate, silicate glass, and PVC plastic, the sliding effect improves obviously as the slanting angles augments. The zinc plate possesses considerable sliding effect, and the silicate glass owns weak effect, and the PVC plastic is in the middle when the slanting angle is confirmed. Basing on the experiment result, zinc plate is more suitable for the slope plate of locust capturing mechanism equipment, and the relevant minimum slanting angle should be 40°. Presumably, the sliding effect of locust on the surface of slope plate is affected by the avoirdupois of locust and the slanting angle of slope plate, as well as the surface roughness and rigidity of slope plate that owing to the contact fashions between locust legs and surface of objects, including interlock and flexible attachment.
