钯/泡沫镍电极进行水体中2-氯联苯电催化脱氯

摘要:实验研究了钯修饰泡沫镍电极对纯水相中2-氯联苯的电催化还原脱氯作用。采用两室流通式隔膜电解池,考察了电流密度、水体pH值和溶液流速对2-氯联苯脱氯效率的影响。优化条件是:电流密度为1.5mA/cm2,阴极液pH值为5.5,阴极液流速为7.4mL/min1•cm2。在该条件下电解30min,2-氯联苯的去除率达91.4%,脱氯产物包括联苯和苯基环己烷,根据脱氯过程碳平衡关系可确定该过程为逐步加氢反应。

Electrocatalytic dechlorination of 2-chlorobiphenyl in aqueous solution using a palladium/nickel foam electrode
Abstract:In this paper, Electrocatalytic dechlorination of 2-chlorobiphenyl in aqueous solution was conducted in a membrane-separated electrochemical reactor with palladium-modified nickel foam electrode. The effects of current density, pH, and flow rate on the dechlorination of 2-chlorobiphenyl were examined. Moderate current density (e.g., 1.5mA/cm2,), relatively low pH level (e.g. 5.5) and high flow rate (7.4mL/min1•cm2) were beneficial to improve the dechlorination efficiency of 2-chlorobiphenyl. Under such conditions, 2-chlorobiphenyl was dechlorinated with 91.4% conversion during 30min electrolysis. The major products included biphenyl and cyclohexylbenzene. On the basis of the analysis of carbon balance, the above dechlorination process presents the character of the consecutive hydrogenated reaction.
