Shopping styles of the supermarket customers
Abstract:The objective of this study is to identify the shopping style dimensions and shopping styles of supermarket customers with the CSI. Three distinct shopping styles were identified and labelled as ‘‘Active shopper’’, the ‘‘Rational Shopper’’, and the ‘‘Passive shopper”.
