废水生物膜动力学参数的研究方法

摘要:生物膜动力学参数是描述生物膜去除污染物反应过程的重要指标,对生物膜反应器的工程设计和系统优化有重要作用。本文以分离式氧微电极为测试工具,对生物膜中的氧分布进行检测,结合稳态条件下生物膜内扩散-反应方程,采用搜索法求解生物膜动力学参数。生物膜动力学参数估值结果分别为:qmax=10 mg O2/(g VSS•h),Ko=1.2 mg/L。

An approach to study bio-kinetic parameters in wastewater biofilms
Abstract:Kinetic parameters of biofilm which are key index of describing the process of removing pollutant for biofilm play important role in engineering designing and system optimizing of biofilm reactor. In this study, a separated oxygen microelectrode was used as detecting tool to detect the oxygen distribution in the biofilm. Based on the diffusion-reaction equation under the stabilizating condition, biofilm kinetic parameters were calculated by the method of hunting step by step. The results of the biofilm kinetic parameters calculated were: qmax=10 mg O2/(g VSS•h),Ko=1.2 mg/L.
