荧光分析法在水质分析中的应用

摘要:论文综述了荧光分光光度法在城市污水水质分析中的应用及荧光分析的新方法,重点分析了有机物特征光谱。指出传统水污染指标,如COD,BOD5等,测定周期长,过程繁杂,影响因素较多,因而不能及时监测水质的变化。而同步荧光光谱法、三维荧光光谱法等荧光分析方法,具有灵敏度高、选择性强、试样量少、无需任何化学试剂和测定简单快捷等优点,可以及时地反应水质的变化,具有良好的应用前景。

Application of Fluorescence Analysis in Water quality
Abstract:This article expatiate the application of fluorescence analysis in water quality and new approach of fluorescence, emphasizing the analysis of organic pollutants spectrometry. It pointed out that the traditional water-pollution index, such as COD, BOD5, etc. could not watch up the change of water quality in time because of their long mensuration cycle, complicated process and many influential factors, while fluorescence analysis such as synchronous fluorescence spectrometry、Three-dimensional synchronous fluorescence spectrometry has the advantages of high-sensitivity、high-selectivity、less-sample、non-chemical reagent、easy and convenient operation, etc. They can reflect the change of water quality in time, and have a promising future in application.
