电磁辐射法检验砚北煤矿冲击煤层注水效果

摘要:在实验室对砚北煤矿冲击煤层自然原煤样、湿煤样进行了力学破坏实验,用24通道DISP型声电数据采集系统对电磁辐射信号进行了记录,分析了两种煤样破坏时的力学过程和电磁辐射信号变化情况。结果表明,湿煤样在达到破坏极限时并不在很短的时间内完全破坏,而是在一段时间内缓慢破坏。破坏过程中释放的电磁辐射信号能量变弱。在砚北煤矿250205上工作面用KBD5电磁辐射监测仪对注水区域进行了监测,结果表明注水区域较注水前电磁辐射能量有明显下降,且冲击次数明显下降。

Water Injection effect inspection of Rock Burst Coal-Bed of Yanbei Coal Mine using EME technology
Abstract:The dynamic destroy experiments of nature, wet coal samples of Yanbei coal mine were done in laboratory. 24-channel DISP sound-electric data acquire system was used to acquire the EME signals in the process and the analysis of processes of loading and EME change were conducted in this paper. It shows that wet coal doesn’t crack as soon as the loading reaches to the peak but cracks gradually for a period of time, in which EME is getting weak. At workface 250205topof Yanbei coal mine, with using of KBD5 EME monitor in water injection area, the result is that both EME energy and numbers of rock burst decrease obviously after injecting water.
