摘要:聚二甲基硅氧烷(Polydimethylsiloxane,PDMS)由于其良好的光学和化学性能,以及加工简单、价格便宜等优点,已广泛应用于微流控芯片研究领域。但PDMS的高疏水性以及它对生物大分子较强的表面吸附特性,限制了它的应用范围。通常,可以采用表面修饰来克服PDMS在这些方面的缺点。本文介绍了目前常用的几种针对PDMS的表面修饰方法,包括它们的基本原理、修饰效果以及相关应用研究。

A review on PDMS surface modification
Abstract:Due to its excellent optical, chemical and fabricable properties, as well as its low cost, PDMS has become one of the most widely used materials in microfluidic research field. However, its high hydrophobility and strong surface adsorbility for biological macromolecules limits its application. Commonly, surface modification of PDMS can overcome these defects. In the paper, several main modified methods are reviewed, including their fundamental principles, effect and some relative application.
