摘要:气体介质电火花加工技术是一新型的电火花加工技术,超声振动-气体介质电火花加工技术是在其基础上发展起来的一新技术。本文简要介绍了超声振动-气体介质电火花加工原理,通过观察硬质合金等硬脆材料加工表面,分析了加工表面裂纹的形成、扩展机理,并对加工硬质合金等硬脆材料的蚀除机理进行了研究。

Analysis of Surface Characters and Material Removal Mechanism Machined by Ultrasonic Vibration Assisted Gas Medium Electrical Discharge Machining
Abstract:Electrical Discharge Machining in gas medium is a new technology and ultrasonic vibration assisted gas medium EDM (UEDM in gas) is a new technology based on electrical discharge machining in gas. The principle of ultrasonic vibration assisted gas medium electrical discharge machining was introduced in this work and the formation of micro cracks when machining hard and crisp materials was analyzed. Also, the mechanism of hard and crisp material removal during UEDM in gas was put forward.
