端羟基超支化聚(胺-酯)皮革复鞣剂的合成及表征

摘要:以二乙醇胺(DEA)和丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为原料通过Michael加成反应制得AB2型单体(N,N-二羟乙基-3-胺基丙酸甲酯,MON),再由“一步法”使MON与核(三羟甲基丙烷,TMP)通过酯交换反应制得一种端羟基超支化聚(胺-酯)皮革复鞣剂(HPAE)。通过单因素实验分析方法分别考察了相关因素对上述两步反应的影响,优化出了最优的反应条件。利用IR、1H-NMR和GPC等方法对单体和超支化聚合物的分子结构进行了表征;研究了聚合物的热性能、溶解性能及表面活性;分析了其在皮革复鞣中的应用性能及作用机理。

Synthesis and Characterization of Hyperbranched Poly(amine-ester) Retanning Agent with Terminal Hydroxyl
Abstract:The divergent synthesis of a series of hyperbranched poly(amine-ester)s based on trimethylolpropane(as a core molecule) and N,N-diethylol-3-amine-methylpropionate(as a AB2 monomer) synthesized via Michael addition action of methyl acrylate and diethanolamine, proceeding in one-step procedure in the melt using P-TSA as catalyst. By the method of One-factor experimental design, some correlative factors how to influence the action were investigated, the appropriate action conditions were optimized. The monomer and polymer were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, GPC, and so on. The thermal property, deliquescent property and surface activity of polymer have been also estimated, its function and mechanism.for retanning have been discussed in the end.
