铝片表面制备稳定超疏水聚合物薄膜

摘要:本文通过化学刻蚀铝片, 再利用旋涂法在铝片表面旋涂一层4-乙烯基苯并环丁烯和2,3,4,5,6-五氟苯乙烯无规共聚物制得超疏水聚合物薄膜. 聚合物薄膜的接触角达到156°, 薄膜热交联以后, 经过聚合物溶液甲苯浸泡1个月, 依然保持超疏水性能。

Robust Superhydrophobic Copolymer films on Aluminum
Abstract:In this paper, Superhydrophobic surface on aluminum was fabricated by spin-coating the copolymer of 1,2-dihydro-4-vinylcyclobutabenzene and 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorostyrene. The contact angle on aluminum film reached 156°. After heat crosslinking, the aluminum film was dipped into the solution of copolymer a mounth, the aluminum film still superhydrophobic.
