玉足海参糖胺聚糖对血液中钙离子影响的研究

摘要:研究玉足海参糖胺聚糖(GAG)对血液中钙离子的影响。 方法 大白兔耳缘静脉取血进行体外复钙凝血实验,考察GAG对复钙凝血时间的影响。考查GAG浸泡24 h后的毛细管对小鼠眼眶后静脉丛取血过程中血液Ca2+的影响。将大鼠随机分为5组,正常对照组、模型对照组、肝素钠组、GAG低剂量组、GAG高剂量组,每组6只。静脉注射一周后,取血备查血液中钙离子(Ca2+)浓度,除正常对照组外,其他各组均用角叉菜胶构建尾部血栓模型,观察不同时间的黑尾长度。结果GAG对复钙凝血时间的影响可因充足Ca2+的加入而减小。用GAG浸泡24 h后的毛细管对小鼠眼眶后静脉丛进行取血可显著降低血液中Ca2+的浓度。GAG高剂量组黑尾长度显著减少,GAG高、低剂量组 Ca2+浓度显著降低。结论GAG能有效减轻角叉菜胶所致的大鼠尾部血栓,并能显著影响血液中Ca2+的浓度。

Effect of Holothurian Glycosaminoglycan Extracted from Sea Cucumber on Calcium in Blood
Abstract:Objective to investigate the effect of holothurian glycosaminoglycan (GAG) extracted from sea cucumber on calcium in blood. Methods The effects of GAG on the recalcification clotting time were investigated . And the affecting on calcium ions of blood was also investigated when we got blood with the capillarys soaked for 24 h in the solution of GAG. Otherwise thirty rats were randomly allocated into five groups: the normal control group, the model control group, the heparin group, the low dose GAG group and the high dose GAG group. After i.v. drug administration for one week, tail thrombus models were established by carrageenan in rats except the normal control group. The length of dark tails was observed at different time. Also the content of Ca2+ was examined. Result The dark tail length in the high dose GAG group reduced significantly, and the content ofCa2+ reduced. The effects of GAG on clotting time were shortened by adding back an excess of calcium ions. The content of Ca2+ was reduced remarkably with the soaked capillarys. Conclusion GAG could reduce the thrombos length casued by carageenan in rats and the content of Ca2+ in blood.
