气相色谱-火焰光度检测器测定海水中14种有机磷农药

摘要:建立了海水样品中14种有机磷农药的毛细管气相色谱-火焰光度检测器测定方法。对色谱升温程序、萃取剂类型、萃取剂用量、样品的类型、样品的酸碱性等影响海水中有机磷农药测定的因素进行了优化研究。结果表明,气相色谱-火焰光度检测器测定海水中16种有机磷农药,其检出限的变化范围为2.99ng/L~45.18ng/L,相对标准偏差的变化范围为1.71%~5.89%,回收率变化范围为56.91%~109.49%.

Determination of 14 Kinds of Organophosphate Pesticides in Samples of Seawater by Gas Chromatography with Flame Photometric Detector
Abstract:A method for determination of 14 kinds of organophosphate pesticides in samples of seawater by gas chromatography with flame photometric detector have been established. By changing the program of temperature of gas chromatography and the conditions for extraction of samples, such as the kinds of extractant, reagent consumption, pH and change of extraction ,the optimal conditions under the pre-treatment of ganophosphate pesticides in seawater samples can be used for detection analysis. The limits of detection for14 kinds of organophosphate pesticides in seawater ranged from 2.99 ng/L to 45.18 ng/L.The relavetive standaed deviation ranged from 1.71% to 5.89%,and the recoveries ranged from 56.91% to 109.49%.
