交联型聚丙烯酰胺堵水剂的制备

摘要:以亲水性丙烯酰胺(AM)为主单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(Bis-A)为交联剂,失水山梨醇单油酸酯(Span-80)为分散剂,在环己烷中进行反相悬浮聚合,制得了尺寸为微米级的聚丙烯酰胺交联微球(PAMCMS)。利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对PAMCMS的粒径进行观察分析,分别探讨了搅拌速率,引发剂过硫酸钾(KPS)用量、分散剂用量,环己烷与水的比例等因素对PAMCMS粒径的影响,并通过体积变化初步考察了PAMCMS的溶胀性能,为实际应用于油田堵水调剖提供了相应的技术保证。

Preparation of crosslinked polyacrylamide water plugging agent
Abstract:A series of micron-sized crosslinked polyacrylamide microspheres (PAMCMS) were prepared by inverse suspension polymerization using acrylamide as hydrophilic monomer, N,N-methylenebisacrylamide (Bis-A) as crosslinker, span-80 as dispersion stabilizer, potassium persulfate (KPS) as initiator and cyclohexane as the continuous phase. The morphology, particle size and size distribution of the PAMCMS were characterized by using optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The influences of the stirring speed, amount of KPS and span-80, ratio of cyclohexane to water on the particle sizes of the PAMCMS were studied respectively. The swelling properties of the PAMCMS were investigated based on the experiment of volume change. The PAMCMS may be used as water plugging materials in oil exploitation.
