一种双相恒流脉冲神经刺激器的设计

摘要:电刺激检测系统已成为临床电生理检测技术的重要组成部分,设计安全可靠的神经刺激器是神经电生理技术的重要内容,针对目前临床上常用的单相恒流神经刺激器对人体组织损伤较大且刺激模式单一的缺点,给出了一种具有双相恒流脉冲神经刺激器的基本原理和设计方法。其中采用改进型的威尔逊恒流源较好的实现了刺激脉冲的双相模式,通过单片机经数模转换器实现对恒流源的电流控制,从而实现具有多种脉冲模式的恒流输出。

A Constant-current Neural Stimulation with Biphasic-pulse
Abstract:Electrical Stimulation System has become an important component of clinic electrical physiology detection technologies. Design of safe and reliable neural stimulators is an important content of neural electrical physiology technologies. The neural stimulator of single phase constant-current frequently used in clinical therapy at present, does great harm to bodies and has a single stimulation pattern. According to its disadvantages, we propose the fundamental principle and design method of the constant-current neural stimulator with a Biphasic-pulse pattern. Adopting improving Wilson constant-current can well achieve the dual-phase pattern of stimulation pulses. Through achieving the current control of constant-current based on MCU and D/A converter, we achieve the constant-current output of the multi-pulse pattern.
