铝合金电阻点焊中微量合金元素的作用

摘要:由于铝合金较活泼,导热导电性好,线膨胀系数大,因此在进行点焊时常会有气孔、裂纹、咬边、焊缝成形差等缺陷出现,导致焊后接头力学性能下降。为了减少或者避免这些缺陷的出现,提高焊接质量,我们考虑采用加入不同微量合金元素的方法。实验证明,这种方法是很有效的。本文简要阐述了微量合金元素Ti和Zr的组织变化机理,并通过拉伸实验得出了一些结论。

the function of trace alloy elements in resistance spot welding of aluminium alloy
Abstract:Because aluminium alloy has an active character, a large linear expansibility and does well in heat conduction and electric conduction, it always appears some flaws when spot welding is in process, such as blow hole, crack, undercut, bad appearance of weld and so on. It also falls down the mechanical property of the joint after the welding. For the sake of reducing or avoiding these flaws and improving the welding quality, we consider to use the method of adding in different microscale alloying agents. The experimental results prove that the method is very effective. The article briefly describes the mechanics of structural change of the alloying agents (Ti, Zr) and educes some conclusion through the stretching experiment.
