煤岩组成与水煤浆成浆性能的关系研究

摘要:以惰质组含量较高的神府榆家梁煤为研究对象,利用重液离心法进行煤岩组分的分离和富集,在此基础上配制出具有不同煤岩组成的制浆用模型煤样,然后在相同的条件下进行制浆试验,研究了煤岩组成对成浆性的影响。结果表明:成浆性随惰质组含量的增加和镜质组含量的减少而先增加后降低。对于本试验所用的神府榆家梁煤,当惰质组含量大约为24%时制浆效果最好。

Research on the relationship between Slurryability and macerals of coal
Abstract:The Yujialiang coal from Shenfu with high content of inertinite was used for this study. Heavy liquid and centrifugal method were used for separation and enrichment of macral component based on which model coal samples with different petrographical constitution were made up. Then coal water slurries were prepared under the same conditions to study the the impact of macerals on the slurryability of coal. The results showed that slurryability firstly increases then decreases with the growth of the inertinite content and the corresponding reduction of vitrinite content. For the Yujialiang coal used in this experiment the highest slurryability reached when the inertinite content was about 24%.
