机电集成超环面传动内共振研究

摘要:针对新型广义复合传动机构——机电集成超环面传动系统中行星轮与蜗杆、定子间电磁啮合力的非线性,建立了系统强非线性运动微分方程组,用多尺度法求出了不存在内共振时系统时域响应的一次近似解析解,求出了正则坐标下存在内共振时系统自由振动振幅椭圆函数形式的半解析解,作出了系统振幅随时间的变化曲线和系统时域响应曲线。最后对比系统不存在和存在内共振时系统各部件的时域响应,得出了内共振将会增大响应振幅,系统动态性能变差的结论。

Internal resonance study of electromechanical integrating
Abstract:For a new-style generalized composite transmission—electromechanical integrated toroidal drive, nonlinear electromagnetic mesh forces between planets, worm and stator are presented. Firstly, strongly nonlinear motion differential equations of toroidal drive are presented. The first order approximative analytic solutions of time response are obtained by multiscale method. Then, semi-analytical solutions of vibration amplitudes of free vibration system with Jacobian elliptic function are worked out in normal coordinate system when internal resonance occurs. Time responses of vibration amplitudes and displacements of toroidal drive are figured out. Lastly, a number of the useful results are given. Internal resonance will enhance vibration amplitudes and make dynamic reactions bad.
