异相光敏化体系产生单线态氧及其对色氨酸的氧化

摘要:将光敏剂亚甲基蓝通过吸附固定到阳离子树脂上,研究异相体系中固定化光敏剂在可见光照射下产生的单线态氧(1O2)。采用化学发光和高效液相色谱-紫外(HPLC-UV)检测法,分析1O2对9,10-二苯蒽(DPA)和L-色氨酸(Trp)的氧化。结果表明生成的9,10-二苯蒽过氧化物(DPAO2)在加热到80℃左右时有化学发光;1O2对Trp的降解反应是二级反应,Trp的降解速率与光照强度成正比,与自身初始浓度成反比。

The production of singlet oxygen in photosensitizer
Abstract:The photosensitizer-methylene blue is immobilized on cationic resins with adsorption, study the singlet oxygen (1O2) jielded in heterogeneous system consists of resins coated with photosensitizer and the detection solution under the illumination of the visible-light. A method of chemiluminescent and high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection(HPLC-UV) was employed to analyze the oxidation of 9,10-diphenylanthracene (DPA) and L-tryptophan(Trp) with 1O2, the results show that the 9,10-diphenylanthracene endoperoxide (DPAO2) has chemiluminescent when it was heated up to about 80℃ and the degredation reaction of Trp by 1O2 is second-order reaction. The degredation rate constant of Trp is directly proportional to the indensity of light and inversely proportional to the Initial concentration of Trp.
