2,3-二苯基苯并二氢吡喃并[4,3-c]-2-吡唑啉衍生物的合成及其光学性质研究

摘要:以对位取代的苯酚为起始原料,经过与丙烯腈的加成、水解、分子内酰基化以及与苯甲醛的羟醛缩合而生成查尔酮,再与苯肼反应得到三个苯并二氢吡喃并[4,3-c]-2-吡唑啉衍生物,并利用1H NMR、13C NMR谱和MASS分析进行了结构确认。对所合成的三个化合物,测定了荧光光谱,结果显示这三个化合物均具有蓝色荧光性能;而且,对化合物6a在不同酸性条件下的荧光性能进行测试,结果显示随着酸性的增加,荧光强度明显减小。

Synthesis and Fluorescent Properties of 2,3-DiphenylChromeno[4,3-c]-2-Pyrazoline Derivatives
Abstract:Three 2,3-diphenylchromeno[4,3-c]-2-pyrazoline derivatives were synthesized choosing para-substituted phenols as starting materials by Michael addition, hydrolysis, intra-molecular Friedel-Crafts reaction, aldol condensation reactions etc. All of the new compounds were confirmed via 1H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass analysis. The fluorescent properties of three new compounds were studied and the results indicated that strong blue-fluorescence could be detected. In addition, the fluorescence intensity reduced along with the improved acidity which was carried out only on compound 6a.
