活性剂对CO2气体保护焊缝形态的影响

摘要:本文通过分别加入SiO2、TiO2、B2O3、CrO3、NaF、Al粉、Ni粉等活性剂以及其不同配比制成的活性剂作为表面活性剂,利用CO2气体保护自动焊机,研究了它们对CO2气体保护焊接性的影响。结果表明:活性剂的加入增加了焊缝熔深,电弧收缩明显,飞溅也有所减少。同时发现不同的活性剂在相同的焊接参数下对熔深的影响不同,不同的电流参数下焊接熔深的增加率也有区别;经分析认为,电弧的收缩使电弧能量密度增大以及焊接熔池的表面张力的变化,致使焊接熔深增加。

EFFECTS OF ACTIVATING FLUXES ON CO2 WELDING PENETRATION SHAPING
Abstract:Six kinds of activating fluxes, SiO2、TiO2、B2O3、CrO3、NaF、Al power ,were used to investigate the effects of the coating quantity of active fluxes on CO2 welding. The results showed that the above activating fluxes increased the weld penetration, the arc contraction obviously, and the spatter of CO2 welding reduced. Meanwhile it was found that different flux had different influence on weld penetration in the same welding parameters, and the increased rate of welding penetration in different current parameters were not the same; The increase of weld penetration induced by chlorides and oxides mainly is due to the effect of flux on the arc, and the increase of weld penetration induced by oxides mainly is due to the reaction of flux with the fusion zone metal. And those oxides were influence of surface tension of the weld-pool.
