7075-T6铝合金搅拌摩擦焊疲劳裂纹扩展特性

摘要:搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)作为一种新型固相连接技术在铝合金等轻型合金连接方面具有很大的优势,建立合理有效的疲劳评定标准是FSW技术推广和应用的必要条件。本文通过对7075-T6FSW接头不同位置的疲劳裂纹扩展速率进行实验,来研究铝合金FSW接头的疲劳性能。实验结果表明:后退边HAZ疲劳裂纹扩展速率最慢,而垂直于焊缝区的扩展速率则最快;焊缝中心区的扩展速率在低△K区会低于前进边HAZ,而到裂纹扩展后期,疲劳裂纹扩展速率会高于前进边HAZ;与IIW标准的推荐值相比,所有区域的疲劳裂纹扩展速率均显著低于推荐值,这说明FSW接头的疲劳性能较好。

Fatigue crack propagation properties of friction stir welded AA7075-T6
Abstract:Friction Stir Welding (FSW), as a new solid state welding technology, has possessed many significant advantages in light alloys, such as Al alloys. Building a reasonable fatigue assessment norm is a necessary condition for the popularization and application of FSW. In this thesis, we studied the fatigue properties of FSW joints through the fatigue crack propagation tests in different places of the FS-welded AA7075-T6. The fatigue tests indicated that the FCP rate was the lowest in the retreating side of the HAZ and the highest was in the region perpendicular to the weld line. In the low △K regime, the FCP rate in WN was lower than it in the advancing side of the HAZ; but in the high △K regime, the situation was contrary. Compared with the standard of IIW, the FCP rates in all regions were lower than the data recommended in IIW and it can concluded that the fatigue properties of FS-welded AA7075-T6.
