笼形倍半硅氧烷的合成及在硅橡胶绝热材料中的应用

摘要:合成了八聚三甲基硅氧基倍半硅氧烷和八聚乙烯基倍半硅氧烷,表征了两种倍半硅氧烷的特殊官能团,分析了其热稳定性。制备了含笼形倍半硅氧烷的硅橡胶绝热材料,力学性能达到5.42MPa,线烧蚀率为0.069mm/s。氧-乙炔烧蚀和扫描电镜实验表明:笼形倍半硅氧烷可以降低硅橡胶绝热材料的线烧蚀率,改善硅烧蚀层结构,提高硅橡胶绝热材料的耐烧蚀性能。

Synthesis and Application of POSS in Silicone RubberInsulation Material
Abstract:Two kinds of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS), trimethylsiloxy-POSS and ethylene-POSS were synthesized. The two compounds were characterized by FTIR and TG. Then Silicone rubber insulation containing ethylene-POSS were prepared. Tensile strength of the insulation is above 5.42MPa and the ablation rate is 0.069mm/s. The result showed that the ablation rate was reduced by using POSS, and the ablation structure of silicone was improved,as well as ablative property.
