聚苯胺稳定乳液的合成

摘要:本论文主要研究用乳液聚合方法制备高导电性和高稳定性的聚苯胺乳液。采用传统乳液聚合方法时,使用十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBSA)作为乳化剂和掺杂剂,过硫酸铵(APS)作为氧化剂,在低温强酸性条件下合成了粉末电导率为20.00S/cm、粉末热分解温度为260℃的聚苯胺乳液;采用微乳液聚合方法时,采用十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)作为乳化剂,过硫酸铵(APS)作为氧化剂,在低温强酸性条件下合成稳定时间在120d以上的聚苯胺微乳液,且其粉末电导率达到0.5612 S/cm。

The preparation of stable polyaniline emulsion
Abstract:In this thesis, we discussed how to produce the polyaniline emulsion which is high conductivity and high stability. In traditional emulsion polymerization, the polyaniline was doped with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (DBSA) under low temperature and high acidity with ammonium persulfate (APS) as oxidizing agent. The polyaniline’s powder conductivity was 20.00S/cm and the decompound temperature was 260℃. In the microemulsion polymerization, the polyaniline was composed with camphorsulfonic acid (SDS) and ammonium persulfate (APS) under low temperature and high acidity. The polyaniline’s powder conductivity was 0.5612S/cm and the stability of the obtained polyaniline latex can reach up to 120 days .
