基于Dialogic语音卡的告警系统的设计与实现

摘要：在网络运维管理系统中为了支持机房的无人值守需要有多种告警方式，远程语音电话告警就是其中之一。针对这一需求设计的告警系统融合了计算机技术与电信技术，主要由管理调度、文语转换、电话呼叫等三个模块组成，通过采用优先级排队模型、异步机制、多线程技术等多种手段确保了系统稳定可靠。实例证明该系统能够及时有效的发出告警，具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract：In the network management system, a variety of alarm ways are required to support the unmanned duty, long-distance calls is one of them. In response to this demand, the alarm system which integrates computer technology with telecommunications technology is made of the management of scheduling, text-to-speech conversion, long-distance calls the three modules. Many means are adopted to ensure that the system is stable and reliable, such as priority queuing model, asynchronous mechanisms, and multi-threading technology. Results show the preferable applied prospect.
