溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米羟基磷灰石的研究

摘要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,以Ca(NO3)2•4H2O和P2O5为原料合成了具有纳米结构的羟基磷灰石(HA),实验证明合理的调节混合液的pH值可有效的缩短溶胶-凝胶化时间。制备的干凝胶在350oC热处理200min后HA就产生析晶,600oC热处理后全部转化为结晶完整的HA,TEM分析粒径为30~50nm。提高热处理温度,在950oC、1150oC后HA无分解现象。

Studies on nano-hydroxyapatite powder prepared by sol-gel method
Abstract:Nano hydroxyapatite(HA) powder was prepared by sol-gel method with Ca(NO3)2•4H2O and P2O5 as precursors. The results showed that a high pH could shorten the time about sol to gel. HA crystallization can be formed when the dried gel was calcined at 350oC for 200 min. At 600oC, the dried gel could transform into HA crystallization completely. TEM analysis shows the size of HA is in the range of 30 to 50nm. When sinterred at 950 oC and 1150 oC, XRD analysis shows no new phase appearance.
