摘要:以未经预处理的液化玉米秸秆作为多元醇制备聚氨酯泡沫材料,研究了异氰酸根指数和发泡剂用量对泡沫机械性能的影响。研究发现,随着异氰酸根指数的增加,材料的拉伸强度增加,断裂伸长率先增加后降低;随着发泡剂用量的增加,材料的拉伸强度降低,断裂伸长率先增加后降低。

Study on the mechanical properties of polyurethane foams
Abstract:Polyurethane foams were prepared by liquefied corn stover as polyol. The effects of [NCO]/[OH] ratio and blowing agent on the mechanical properties of polyurethane foams were investigated. Results show that with an increase of [NCO]/[OH] ratio, tensile strength increased ,and elongation at break first increased and then decreased; with an increase of blowing agent charge , tensile strength decreased ,and elongation at break first increased and then decreased.
