基于DSP与CPLD的励磁系统晶闸管整流触发电路设计

摘要:介绍了在同步电动机励磁系统中,以TMS320LF2407DSP芯片和可编程逻辑器件XC95108-PC84为基础,结合外围器件构成的晶闸管数字移相触发电路。该电路采用二阶压控低通滤波器和带有滞环比较的过零比较器的方法,由软件控制产生不同顺序的多组双脉冲序列触发脉冲,实现励磁电流闭环控制。不仅使脉冲产生简单方便,并且还可以减少占用的DSP芯片的资源和时间,帮助微机更好的控制整个系统电路。同时具有输出脉冲对称度好,响应快,精度高,稳定性好的优点。

Design of Thyristor Rectify Trigger Circuit in Excitation System Based on DSP&CPLD
Abstract:This paper introduced a new three phase thyristor rectify trigger circuit, which was to be used as the excitation driver of synchronous motor. The circuit was constructed of TMS320LF2407DSP , XC95108-PC84 and other element. A two order lowpass filter and a cross detector with hysteresis were adopted also. A sequence of couple pulses were controlled by software and the close loop control of excitation current was achieved also. As a result ,the generation of trigger pulses is predigested and the control unit is more compact, and meanwhile it has the advantage of pulse symmetry, quick response and high precision.
