Q420钢断裂韧性研究

摘要:国内正在建设的超高压输电铁塔采用了强度更高的Q420低合金高强钢,但国内对输电铁塔的设计是基于材料的强度极限的无缺陷设计,因此,有必要采用断裂力学方法对Q420钢的断裂韧性展开研究,为超高压输电铁塔的设计和安全性评定积累数据。本文采用三点弯曲的试验方法测得Q420钢在室温、-20 ℃、-40℃和-60 ℃下的JIC,测得其低温断裂韧性参量。

Analysis of fracture toughness Q420 steel
Abstract:Low intensity of high-strength alloy steel Q420 has been using to build EHV transmission tower in China, but the transmission tower on the design is based on the ultimate strength of the non-defective design. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt fracture mechanics methods to study the fracture toughness of Q420, and to accumulate data for the design and safety assessment of EHV transmission tower. In this paper, the three-point bending test has been employ to measure the JIC of Q420 steel at room temperature, -20 ℃, -40 ℃ and -60 ℃, and obtain the low-temperature fracture toughness parameters.
