等离子喷涂参数对Cr3C2-25%NiCr涂层组织性能影响

摘要:本文研究了喷涂电流、喷涂电压和主气流量三个主要喷涂工艺参数对等离子喷涂Cr3C2-25%NiCr金属陶瓷涂层孔隙率和显微硬度的规律,获得了较合理的喷涂工艺参数。利用优化的喷涂参数在基体Q235上制备涂层,分析了Cr3C2-25%NiCr涂层的显微结构性能。

Effects of the Fluctuation of Plasma Spraying Parameters On the Microstructure of Cr3C2-25%NiCr Coating
Abstract:Coating is prepared by regulating the spraying voltage, current and the main gas flow rate based on orthogonal analysis. The effect regularities of the spray parameters, and the structures, properties the coating is analyzed. Through the orthogonal analysis, we obtained some more reasonable spraying parametesrs. The microstructure of Cr2C3-25%NiCr coating prepared on the matrix of Q235 is analyzed.
