摘要:利用HL-1500无氦横流CO2激光加工机对GCr15进行表面相变硬化处理,通过改变激光加工机功率(1050W、950W、850W、750W、650W、550W),研究激光相变硬化处理对GCr15表面激光相变硬化层的组织性能影响。结果表明:GCr15轴承钢表面相变硬化处理形成一种激光相变硬化层,GCr15轴承钢表面的硬度、耐磨性都有所改善,其中耐磨性能提高一倍以上。处理后耐蚀性不如基体。
