摘要:本文首先简述了数据仓库及数据挖掘技术的概念与术。然后,详细介绍了客户关系管理的概念、内涵与基本特征,进而分析数据挖掘技术在CRM中的典型应用。通过分析数据挖掘在CRM中的关键应用,可以看出它几乎可以应用到CRM的各个不同领域和阶段,数据挖掘与CRM的完美结合将为企业带来巨大的经济效益。最后,本文简单介绍了数据挖掘在CRM中的基本实施过程。

The Application Research of Data Mining Techniques In CRM
Abstract:This paper briefly introduce the concept of data mining technology. Then ,we introduce the concept, Connotation and the Basic characteristics of CRM in detail,and also the typical application of data mining technology in CRM system.Through analysis of data mining in the key applications of CRM, we can see that it can almost be applied to various areas of CRM and the stage,and Data Mining and CRM will be the perfect combination of enterprises brought great economic benefits. Finally,we give a brief introduction of data mining in CRM implementation of the basic process.
