换流变压器阀侧套管极性反转下电场分析及绝缘结构优化设计

摘要:本文在极性反转电压下的理论分析的基础上,分析不同激励下端部电场的分布特征以及在极性反转时换流变压器油纸复合绝缘电场的分布特征,同时也将对平行板电场和轴对称电场在极性反转电压下的电场分布特征进行探讨,并在此基础上提出极性反转情况下瞬态电场的有限元计算方法。并且分析介质的电阻率和极性变换对内绝缘设计的影响,研究电导率、温度和场强分布的关系,以及内绝缘结构、材料对外绝缘的直流电场分布的影响。

Calculation and Analysis of Polarity Reverse Transient Electric Field in Converter Transformer Bushing
Abstract:On the basis of polarity reversal voltage theory analysis, in this paper, the distribution characteristics of end electrical field under different excitation and oil-paper compound insulation electric field of a converter transformer polarity reversal are analyzed. On the basis of which the electric field distribution characteristics of parallel-plate electric field and axisymmetrical electric field is discussed under polarity reversal voltage, a finite element method to calculate transient electric field is presented under polarity reversal voltage. The influence of medium resistivity and polarity reversal upon the internal insulation design is analyzed. The paper studies the relation of conductivity and field strength distribution and the relation of temperature and field strength distribution, and studies the influence of internal insulation structure and materials upon DC electric field distribution of external insulation.
